PRECOLLEGE OFFICE EMAIL TO ALL PRECOLLEGE STUDENTS, SEPTEMBER 10
Dear Precollege Students,
We are delighted to welcome you back on campus for in-person instruction this Saturday, September 11th!
Over the summer, we shared with you important campus health and safety protocols and MSM’s mandatory vaccination policy. Please review and familiarize yourself with the documents (available as links and attachments) before Saturday so that you understand your responsibilities and expectations for participating in MSM’s Precollege following our Covid-19 guidelines.
Important First Day Information
Saturday, September 11
a. First Day of Classes!
b. Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your first class for check-in. For example, if you have a 9am class or lesson please arrive by 8:15am.
c. If you have an 8:00am class or lesson, the welcome table will be open at 7:45am.
d. Each Saturday, students will need to complete the daily health questionnaire through Envoy (click here for instructions) to access the building.
e. Students who do not have any outstanding balances and have submitted their proof of vaccination can skip the welcome table outside and show their Envoy Badge and MSM ID (if you are a returning student) to enter campus. Only those students who meet these criteria will be able to access Envoy on the first day.
f. Bring a copy or picture of your government issued Vaccination Record just in case
g. Wear your mask at all times! Review the return to campus guide, including mask requirements.
a. Returning Students: Please bring your MSM ID and pick up your sticker at the check-in table inside the lobby.
b. New Students: Due to technical difficulties, your MSM ID will be ready for pick up in the coming days. We’ll notify you when it is ready for pick up.
a. Plan on bringing lunch money for the cafeteria since you will not be able to use your meal plan.
b. You still have access to the library.
Vaccination Record Updates
a. Thanks to those who submitted your vaccination record!
b. All age-eligible Precollege students are required to obtain a Covid-19 vaccine and submit proof of “full vaccination” by a WHO-approved Covid-19 vaccine.

a. If you received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, it means we are still in need of your vaccination record.
b. For our full vaccination policy, including deadlines and submission instructions, click here.
a. Log in to your student account to view and check your schedule before this Saturday.
b. Instructions on viewing your individual schedule information are below.
c. We are in the add/drop period of the fall semester, your schedule is subject to change.
d. After September 25th, all schedules will be finalized.
e. If any changes are made after this date, we will update you by email.
f. If you have any scheduling requests please email the Precollege Office at email@example.com.
Access your Fall Schedule:
a. Once logged in, click the “Precollege” tab located in the top left hand corner.
b. Along the left hand menu locate and click on “Student Information”
c. Under “My Course Schedule” click View Details in red
d. Select Term: 2021-2022 – Precollege Fall (Please note that the term” 2021-2022 - Fall is the college term not the Precollege term. All Precollege terms are labelled with “Precollege”.) Division can remain “All Divisions”.
e. Click the “Search” button
Please note that the days of the weeks are indicated as follows:
M – Monday, T – Tuesday, W – Wednesday, R – Thursday, F – Friday, S – Saturday, U – Sunday

b. Bring masks and, if applicable, bell covers to meet our policy
a. As a reminder, only 1 parent may accompany a student, if that individual is ages 10 or younger.
b. Your use of the MSM campus is limited to room A-401/402.
